Each subscription applies to one workspace. Within it, your team can create unlimited projects and files.
Why are reviewers free?
Collaboration should never become a bottleneck. Editor and reviewer seats are both unlimited, so you can invite every subject-matter expert, market owner, and approver you need.
What counts as an editor seat versus a reviewer?
Editors can upload files and run translations. Reviewers can open assigned work, comment, edit translations, and approve them, but cannot start new translation jobs.
How do projects work inside one workspace?
Create unlimited projects to separate teams, products, campaigns, or content streams, with files organised beneath them.
We need separate environments for several clients or subsidiaries. What do we need?
Each current subscription covers one workspace. Contact sales to scope separate environments; pooled words and a multi-workspace console are not included unless they are expressly documented in your agreement.
Can we contract for requirements outside the plan table?
Yes. Enterprise terms are defined in an Order Form, then configured for the workspace before activation.
How does SpectrHQ protect customer data?
Customer content is protected within SpectrHQ, is not submitted to third-party generative AI services for translation, and is not used to train shared models.
What happens when we exceed our words?
Light and Base finish any translation already in progress. If that job exceeds the period's available words, its result stays hidden and cannot be downloaded, reviewed, assigned, or otherwise used until the workspace upgrades or purchases enough additional 1,000-word packs at the plan's listed rate. Enterprise follows the capacity and overage terms in its Order Form.
When does billing begin?
Your free trial does not require a card. Light and Base monthly activate through checkout, Base yearly uses an ACH invoice, and Enterprise begins after a sales conversation and signed agreement.
What is your SOC 2 status?
Our SOC 2 programme is under way, with Type II expected in 2027. We can share current security materials during procurement.
